As we are a business, we have to add the local 19% sales tax to the price for Colombians and residents of Colombia. Tourists are exempt from this tax but we will need to see the entry stamp in your passport to verify this. We kindly ask to take a photo of your passport upon check-in.
All units are Non-smoking.
Minors are not allowed on the property unless staying with their parents or legal guardian.

We are doing a couple of things different during this pandemic, including:
- Self check-in when possible
- Virtual guest registration
- Virtual DocuSign rental agreement
- A stricter cleaning protocol (It was already really good!)
- We have installed alcohol dispensers at the entrance to the building
- We aim to have 24 hours between each check-ins.
We aim to avoid any unnecessary contact with guests during this pandemic, but we are of course always available if you need us.Neighborhood overview
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located right around the corner from Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.Getting around
Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged.
But the best way to experience the area is walking around. Don't miss visiting San Antonio and the river boulevard.
